The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless there is any technical issue or fault in our design or code. We get 25% advance and remaining on achieving milestones provided by the client. Once you pay the final price you agree that you are satisfied.
Will all the information remains private?
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order, and may be used for internal analytical purposes.
Given price plans will remain as it is?
Price plans changes subject to the requirements of the clients.
Are your prices flat rate or time and materials?
We offer both options. If you stick to the timetable and scope defined in our flat rate proposal, we can guarantee that the price we quote will be the price we charge. However, if you want more flexibility with regard to collecting materials, making changes to the design or even making changes to functionality, we are happy to work on a time and materials basis.
What are your payment terms?
Generally we require a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% is due at launch or 30 days after final testing begins, whichever comes first
Will I be able to make changes to the site after it is completed?
Yes. We use WordPress, MAgento, Joomla and Bigcommerce to build our sites and these are powerful content management systems allows those with strong computer skills to make many changes to the site themselves.
